Harbor Havoc Plane Tier List

S-tier is what you can spawn twice, not what looks expensive.

Plane Tier List

This is the air ranking for Harbor Havoc. It assumes Classic, a mixed server, and a player who will actually bomb a harbor. Raw stats live on the planes page. Sibling ranks live on the ship tier list. If you do not know Tokens yet, stop and read the vehicles hub.

S tier

Stealth Bomber. Six Tokens, 200 speed, built to hurt a base and leave. This is the first prestige bomber that still fits a normal Token wallet after one death if you wait a tick.

Gunner Jet / Jet. Five to six Tokens, high speed, 350 health. They win air and can still strafe a deck. If your team already has bombers, fly one of these.

Space Bomber. Conditional S. Fastest frame in the game, 11 Tokens, 150,000 Gold. It is S when you have the clock and a team. It is a brick at 0:00. Do not grind it as your second purchase.

A tier

Heavy Gunner. Three Tokens, 150 Gold, the honest main. December 2024 put this in the shop for a reason.

Heavy Bomber / Basic Bomber. Cheap harbor pressure. If your team never bombs, these two are more valuable than a Sonic Jet.

Attack Heli. 500 health. Slow. A flying Destroyer. Use it over a captured island, not in a turning fight with a Jet.

Space Fighter. Nine Tokens of air control. A-tier if you already own a bomber and need an escort, not if you still need Gold.

B tier

Rocket Jet / Sonic Jet. Fast enough, thin enough. Fine as a treat. Easy to waste after one crash.

Seaplane / Scout Heli / Striker. Specialists. The Seaplane is a cheap multi-role. The Scout Heli scouts. The Striker is a 100 HP trap.

Basic Gunner. The correct first paid plane. B-tier as a main, A-tier as a teacher.

C tier

Basic Biplane. Free, one Token, necessary, not good. Spawn it, then spend Gold.

Jetpack. A 10 Gold joke and a 1 Token taxi. Fun. Not a plan.

How to use the list

Buy down the A-tier cheap row before you touch S-tier. A Heavy Gunner that you can respawn will do more for how to destroy the enemy harbor than a Space Bomber you launch once. Fly the bomber yourself if your team will not. Rank does not drop a bomb for you.

Maps matter. Long approaches favor jets. Short island hops favor helis and cheap bombers. See the maps hub and islands. Controls and stalls live on how to fly.

Unranked: Two-Seat Gunner, Two-Seat Bomber, Combo. Gone since 10 December 2024. Any list that still puts Combo in S is a screenshot of a dead shop.

Token pairing, not just rank letters

S-tier that you spawn once is a highlight. A-tier that you spawn three times is a round. After a crash, drop one letter on purpose: Stealth Bomber down to Heavy Bomber, Jet down to Heavy Gunner, Space Fighter down to Gunner Jet if the clock has not paid you yet. The spawn planner is the clock for that drop.

Do not buy two S-tier airframes before you own one cheap bomber. Harbor Havoc still ends when the building dies, and a 2 Token Basic Gunner that escorts the bomb run is more useful than a second Sonic Jet parked in your inventory.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common Harbor Havoc questions.

What is the best beginner plane on the tier list?

Basic Gunner, then Heavy Gunner. The Biplane is only the spawn, not the main.

Is the Space Bomber S-tier?

Yes when you can pay 11 Tokens and you have cover. No as a first grind.

Why is the Attack Heli not S?

It is tanky and slow. Jets farm it in the open. It shines over a held island.

Where are the two-seat planes?

Off sale. They are not ranked.
