A Harbor Havoc tier list that ignores Tokens is fan fiction. The Space Bomber is the strongest airframe on paper and a brick at 0:00 because it costs 11 Tokens. This hub ranks vehicles the way a round works: what you can spawn, what threatens a harbor, and what dies the first time a gunner looks at it.

How these ranks are built
S-tier means the vehicle changes a round when a competent player can afford the Tokens. A-tier means it is a correct main. B-tier means it is a specialist or a stepping stone. C-tier means it exists so new players have something to click. Event hulls are marked when they are not always in the shop.
Robux price is a useful power hint. The 21 dual-currency vehicles line up. A dearer Robux plane is almost always a dearer Gold plane. That does not make it S-tier if you cannot spawn it twice after a crash.
Removed vehicles are unranked. Two-Seat Gunner, Two-Seat Bomber, Combo, Speed Boat, and Turret Boat are history. If another list still ranks them, close it.
Read this before you rage-buy
A tier list will not capture an island for you. A B-tier Heavy Gunner on a flag beats an S-tier Jet that never looks at the harbor. Pair these pages with how to capture islands and the spawn planner.
Maps change value. A slow bomber is worse on a long Sci-Fi approach and better when your team already owns the mid island. Check the maps hub if a rank feels wrong on the layout you just voted.
What we will not rank
Wraps. Codes. Scripts. Your character knife. The knife badge is rare because it is a meme, not a meta. If you want cosmetics, use the wraps page. If you want loaders, use scripts and accept the risk.
These lists will move when the shop moves. Harbor Havoc still patches. The December 2024 plane swap already killed a generation of outdated ranks. When the next swap hits, this hub will follow the shop, not the nostalgia.
