How to Play

Harbor Havoc drops you into a red-versus-blue sea fight with almost no lecture. That is why so many people fly in circles. This page is the lecture. If you just installed the experience, start with the shorter tutorial and come back here after the first spawn. Watch the video in the middle for a veteran pass, then use the checklist so your first ten minutes are not a waste.

You join a server of up to 40 players. Roblox puts you on red or blue. Each team owns a harbor with 25,000 health in Classic. The round ends when one harbor is rubble or the timer hits 60 minutes. Three islands sit between the bases. Stand on a flag long enough and your team can spawn there instead of walking out of home every death.

The first minute

Do not buy anything yet if you have not redeemed. The codes hub takes two minutes. Then open the hangar. You start with 10 Tokens. Spawn the free Basic Biplane or the free Jet Ski. Both cost 1 Token. Fly or ride toward the middle, not toward the first enemy you see.

If you already own a cheap gunner, spawn that instead. Do not spawn an 8-Token Battleship at 0:00 unless your whole team is doing a coordinated push. One capital ship with no air cover is a farm for the other team. The vehicles hub explains the Token math. The spawn planner shows what you can afford right now.

What you are actually trying to do

You are trying to delete the enemy harbor. Dogfights are optional. Island captures are optional in the rules and mandatory in practice, because a closer spawn means more bombs per minute. Read how to capture islands if you have never stood on a flag. Read how to destroy the enemy harbor if your team only shoots other planes.

Gold is paid for points and damage, including damage on a losing team. Staying in a doomed round still grows the hangar. Tokens reset. That is the whole economy. How to earn Gold is the long version.

A simple opening script

  1. Redeem codes.
  2. Spawn a 1-Token vehicle.
  3. Cap or help cap the nearest island.
  4. Die if you must. Respawn a 2 or 3 Token gunner.
  5. Strafe the harbor when you have bombs. Otherwise cut down incoming air.
  6. Only then spend 5-plus Tokens on a serious hull or jet.

If you stall, crash, or cannot find the spawn buttons, jump to how to fly and controls. If the map name looks unfamiliar, check the maps hub before you copy a Country rush onto Sci-Fi.

How people actually play

Badge counts say most players fly, fewer sail, fewer still capture, and only about a third have ever won. Crashing a plane into a target is a more common takedown than a missile. You can play that way. You will earn some Gold. You will not learn the game. This wiki is for the second option.

When the first harbor starts smoking, do not leave. Payouts land at the end. Then start the next round with a better plane and the same island habit.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common Harbor Havoc questions.

How do you win a Harbor Havoc round?

Destroy the enemy harbor or have more harbor health when the 60-minute timer ends. Classic is built around the 25,000 HP base.

How many players are in a match?

Servers hold 40. Live servers often sit closer to the high twenties, so you usually see about a dozen people a side.

What should I spawn first?

The free Basic Biplane or Jet Ski. Then a cheap gunner. Save capital ships until you have Tokens to spare.

Do Tokens carry between rounds?

No. Tokens reset. Gold does not.
